Toastmasters Humorous Speech Contest

A humorous speech must be:

Substantially original -- any quoted material must be identified during the speech presentation
Thematic in nature (opening, body, close) and not be an act or a monologue (series of one-liners)
"Clean" (avoid potentially objectionable language, anecdotes, and material)

Eligibility		Members in good standing in clubs in good standing (except officers above club level)
Time limits	Lower	4 minute 30 seconds
Time limits	Upper	7 minutes 30 seconds
Held		Every fall
Ends		Region level
