Ice Breaker Pin

You receive your Ice Breaker pin from the Tandem Toastmasters club after you give the first speech in the Communication and Leadership Program (basic) manual.


Half-CC/CTM

To receive your Half-CC/CTM award from the Tandem Toastmasters club, you must complete the first five speeches in the Communication and Leadership Program (basic) manual.


Half-AC/ATM-B

To receive your Half-AC/ATM-B award from the Tandem Toastmasters club, you must:


Governor's 20 Ribbon

Area G4 awards the Governor's 20 Ribbon to clubs that have 20 members (charter strength).

Tandem Toastmaster of the Year

Every year each Toastmasters club chooses a Club Toastmaster of the Year. The selection criteria for the Tandem Toastmaster of the Year are:

From the Club Toastmasters of the Year in each Area, an Area Toastmaster of the Year is chosen; from the Area Toastmasters of the Year, a Division Toastmaster of the Year is chosen, and from the Division Toastmasters of the Year, a District Toastmaster of the Year is chosen.
