The template for a typical "Themes & Roles" message is the netviewable file \prune.$face.tm.tandr, shown below. To create your own "Themes & Roles" message:

  1. Copy \prune.$face.tm.tandr.

  2. If necessary, add/delete speakers and evaluators to/from the template (which has two of each).

  3. Replace the bracketed items with actual dates, theme, speech lengths, and functionary names. (Functionary names for this month's meetings are in this month's schedule.

  4. Attach your file to an email message and send it to the club.

The theme for the [month]/[day] meeting is:  [THEME]

role or tell me who your substitute is as soon as possible.
